April 21, 2007 12:00 p.m. until 5 p.m. The Miami University Paintball Team is Happy to announce the first Miami Student Player Appreciation Day of the 2007 Season! The Miami Paintball Team has partnered with Cabin Creek Paintball in Hamilton Ohio to have an event tailored to the Miami University Community. You do not need any of your own gear to play, Cabin Creek will have high quality rentals on hand to meet players needs. If you have your own gear, feel free to bring it along. How do you get there? The Miami University Paintball team will be running a shuttle service from Shriver Center to Cabin Creek. What Kinds Of Games Will Be Played? All Kinds. Cabin Creek has a “Woods Ball” field called the pines, They also have fields lined with bunkers for more “combat” style play. Or, Challenge your friends to a game of “King of the Hill” What if I have never player or am new to the game? The University Paintball team will be on hand to give pointers and to make sure all the games are fun and safe. Is this Outing for Boys Only? No, the Miami University Paintball Club has both boys and girls involved and it is common to see girls playing paintball. What is is going to cost? Cabin Creek Paintball has offered special pricing to Miami Students (you must have your Miami ID to receive the discount.) See Pricing below. Rental package $25.00 - Gun, Tank, Mask, Field fee, All day air, and 500 paintballs $35.00 - Gun, Tank, Mask, Field fee, All day air, and 1000 paintballs $55.00 - Gun, Tank, Mask, Field fee, All day air, and 2000 paintballs No Rental (bring your own gear) Paint Prices $15.00 - Field and All Day Air if they bring their own paint 500 = $10 to $12 $10.00 - Field and All Day Air if they use ours 1000 = $20 to $23 2000 = $38 to $45 Will there be food or refreshments?
